Why is the KOBEE'S Hand Salve so hard? I can't get it out!Updated 20 days ago

Troubleshooting Tips: If your fingertips aren't warm enough, it might be hard to get some product out. Simply take the back of your nail and scrape a thin layer off the top of the Hand Salve to better warm it up between your hands rather than inside the tin. Repeat until you have enough product.
